SATisfaction! is Sky Asia Technology (SAT)'s own branded warranty. It's part of all preowned hardware we supply. By including our initials in our warranty offering, we own customer satisfaction.

During the warranty term, we may either provide a replacement at no charge, or give you a credit note. Where applicable, we will also cover the shipping costs to get the replacement to your doorstep.*

If the product comes bundled with manufacturer’s warranty or third-party maintenance, the warranty and associated SLAs will follow what the manufacturer or third-party maintenance provider offers, since these offer better SLAs. Warranty claims will be against the manufacturer or third-party maintenance (TPM) provider.

A preowned product

Example: you purchased a preowned network switch from us. This switch comes with our SATisfaction! warranty by default.

During the effective warranty term, we will be your point of contact for all warranty claims, such as RMAs.

New with manufacturer warranties

Example: you purchased a new laptop from us, bundled with 3 years, next business day onsite warranty from the manufacturer.

Should your laptop fail within this 3-year term, please raise technical support and warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Layered with TPM support

Example: You purchased a refurbished network switch and a 1-year TPM contract with 24x7x4 onsite support and faulty hardware replacement.

This SLA is better than what our SATisfaction! warranty policy provides. If your switch fails during this 1-year term, the TPM provider will assist you in technical support and hardware replacements.

*Your infrastructure uptime is important to us. Replacing faulty hardware is our preferred method in fulfilling our SATisfaction! warranty obligations to you. Sometimes, there may not be enough hardware available for replacements; in lieu of replacements, we provide you a full or partial credit note based on our standard warranty policy. Replacements and their shipments are provided on a best effort basis.
