If it works, and has demand, we may want to buy

Looking to recover part of the investment you’ve made in unwanted IT assets? We’re always on the lookout to buy functional and working hardware to repurpose.

We begin by reviewing a list of IT assets that you’ve provided to us.

If there’s value in these assets, we’ll put out a conditional offer for your acceptance. The final value may vary, especially in cases where we don’t get the complete inventory or if any of the assets is damaged (we don’t want the next user to buy faulty hardware from us, ever).

We then pick up the assets from your facility. We inspect and test all received hardware in our Singapore-based facility, which may take up to 30 days to complete.

At the end of this testing, you’ll be informed of the hardware we want to buy from you, and the final value we’ll offer. Any unwanted or faulty hardware can be sent back to you for a prepaid fee (or offset from the amount payable to you, if applicable), or disposed by us at our own facility (no charge).

Once both parties agree to the buyback value, you have the following options:

● Invoice us with 30 days terms and your bank details for us to pay you

● Credit to your account with us, that you can use to offset purchases from us*

● Donate to a charity of choice (great if your organization cannot accept payments for any reason)

If your IT assets don’t fall neatly into the above, let us know and we’ll see if something can be worked out. In some cases, a paid disposal service might be more suitable for you.

*If you choose this option, the credit is valid for 12 months. Any unused amount, full or partial, is forfeited and non-refundable.

What do we look for?

● Network: routers, switches and access points within 6 years’ of initial release

● Compute: servers within 6 years’ of initial release

● Storage: SAN and NAS within 6 years’ of initial release

● Laptops and desktops: within 4 years’ of initial release
